Ebay will absorb the chinese internet auction Eachnet
eBay is going to lay out $150 million for remained two thirds of large Chinese Internet auction and shop EachNet. The company explains the step to that electronic commerce in China has huge potential for growth - from 59 million to 86 million clients till the end of the year, according to IDC. The market has apprehended news with enthusiasm - actions eBay have grown more than for dollar to $100,26 at opening of the auctions on Thursday.

After acquisition EachNet eBay is going to leave chief executive Bo Shao (Bo Shao) in board of directors and to do without any reduction of the staff in 150 persons. Company EachNet has been based in 1999, and eBay has bought a minority share holding of the Chinese auction last year.
