Growth of the Chinese economy will be based on electronic commerce
The State committee on development and reform affairs together with Office of the State Council of the Peoples Republic of China on information affairs have officially published the foreground of development of sphere of electronic commerce on the eleventh five-years period. In it it is said that two key moments of development of branch of electronic commerce are: first, the further expansion of use of methods of electronic business, increase of efficiency and quality of development of national economy; secondly, active development of electronic commerce in the industries of services and its transformation into a new source of development of national economy.
In the plan it is said that the overall objective of development of electronic commerce of China on 11 fifth anniversary consists in that by 2010 on a basis directed developments of surrounding conditions, maintenance of system, maintenance service and use, electronic commerce in the industry of services became the important new prospering sphere in China; increase of level of use of electronic commerce will by all means bring visible result as in economic and social development.
In "Plan" specific targets in directions of increase of level of application of electronic technologies in business through the Internet, formations of systems of electronic commerce in the industry of service, increase of innovative ability of the enterprises, perfection of conditions for development of sphere of electronic commerce also are put.
In China also as well as other countries of the world measures on granting of safety of citizens and the countries in general (for example, you will not manage to jump easily through country border without meeting representatives of Chinese customs) become tougher.
